Global gallery Settings and Options can be found by going to Flotheme > Content Settings > Gallery, these options will apply to all gallery posts.

Here you can select the default gallery layout option, if not selected for the individual gallery post, enable your social sharing options, set the slider effect and speed, and turn off the dates for your galleries.
