Mosaic posts
Mosaic posts posts are a new post type that allow to create cool mosaic views using custom images, colors and text. After a mosaic post is created, a shortcode can be used to insert the created mosaic in any post, page or widget.
To create a new mosaic you have to go to the ‘Mosaic’ menu in the WP dashboard:
Then you need to give a suggestive name that will be used to recognise the shortcode representing the current mosaic, select one of 3 mosaic types and then upload images and edit available options for each mosaic block.
After the mosaic is published if will show what shortcode should be used to show this Mosaic in any post or page:
But you don’t have to remember that shortcode because when editing a post or a page in visual mode, we provide a shortcode generator that will help you easily inserting the Mosaic shortcode where you need:
