Flo Launch provides an option to download a database backup before creating the test mode. Sometimes this option might not work because of plugin conflicts or server-side restrictions.

Usually security plugins can limit downloadable file sizes, so it might be worth a try disabling active plugins on your website and see if that makes the download database backup option working again.

Some servers might restrict large file downloads from your Dashboard for security and performance reasons.

If you will still be unable to download a database backup via FloLaunch, you can try creating a database backup by using the usual methods.
