Fiji allows to add a decoration image for the post/page/gallery/video titles.

Each post allows to upload an image that will be displayed before the post title on single blog page (page, video or gallery page depending on post type).  And also  in the different grid views available.

If the decoration images are uploaded and from the ‘Posts settings’ it is enabled:
