With Sydney there are 2 about pages created with Visual Composer, About Long 1 and 2. The following tutorial will explain how to use Visual Composer to create these pages with your own content.
NOTE! Visual composer is free with your theme.
If its not available as default in the plugin section, you can download it by logging into your account at Flothemes and go to the download section, find your theme and in additional download files, select download:

Using Visual Composer, we’ve added the following blocks to About Page Long 1:
Each of the blocks are added to the Visual Composer code below, simply copy and paste this into the text view on your page, and click front end editor to begin:
